Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within a few hours of placing it.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can check if your order qualifies for a return after delivery (such as if it’s damaged or incorrect).

For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 2 working days.

The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during the order.
